發現了兩個bug

1,用中文字做標題的時候,topic訪問出錯.
2,search的時候輸入中文字,search出錯.

我用中文版暂时没发现问题1，搜索功能没开启暂时也没发现问题2 : )

不能中文注册的，不知道2.0.18版本是否会解决。
