Vanilla 1.2.1 Released

I know there are a lot of people who still use Vanilla 1 because Vanilla 2 doesn't yet offer the functionality they are used to, particularly with extensions, so here's an update.
I decided it is time for an actual 1.2 release instead of the dev version floating around that never got a proper release.

Nice! I pinged the team about fixing the update feeds, btw. They're fully occupied with a custom migration right now but hopefully will have time to look at it soon.

Then I can start updating plugins. I have been working on them on my private sites for a long time but just haven't submitted them for about a year because no one would get the reminder
