Vanilla exporter not parsing?

Exporting from PHPBB3 to Vanilla. Used a multitude of permissions, placed it in different folders, etc. I'm no wizard of PHP yet, so this is a mystery to me.

Edit: I'm sure it's something simple and stupid, but I've been beating the thing to death and my brain is frazzled.

Currently, it sits at http://martinigaming.com/forum/vanilla2export.php ...

Still no resolve. I guess Vanilla will just have to wait until a more official converter is released.
