How would you import a member list?

This is probably pretty easy but I'm mostly SQL ignorant so I don't know.
I have a forum (http://chemistscorner.com/cosmeticsciencetalk) with a list of members. I want to make all of the members from that forum, automatically members of my new forum (http://chemistscorner.com/ideapool).
Any ideas how to do that?
Note: I want to maintain separate forums, just want to import the member list.
