I can not find the ProxyConnect for WordPress

Maybe stupid question, but I have been searching for the ProxyConnect plugin for WordPress. I can not find it in the official WordPress plugin repository

When you download the plugin, there is a directory called "external." The plugin is located there. You will manually have to move this to your wordpress plugins directory in order to install
