[Solved] Error in deleting discussions/comments

Hello, just managed to get Vanilla2 set up with nginx with rewriteurl as well and everything looks really nice.
I have a few problems though and they are listed as follows:
1. Clicking "Delete" for discussions or comments gives me a small in-document popup which simply says "ErrPermission". Of course I did check my permissions via the great Dashboard but I could not find anything wrong. (I'm an administrator)
2. Clicking "Flag" for comments does work but opens the flag page up in a tiny grey blob which is only recognisable as a ... blob.
Perhaps this is an known bug?
