Q&A Plugin Stuck on "Ask a Question"

I cannot not get my Q&A plugin to start a new discussion. It seems to be stuck on "Ask a Question." What can I do to solve the problem? I have searched other posts and the solutions didn't help.

I figured out what is causing the problem... As soon as I disabled the plugin "Minify," it started working... too bad I can't use them both. If anybody knows a fix, please let me know. Thanks!
