Accepted Answer
1. Unzip and upload the plugin folder to your /plugins directory.
2. Go into your forum dashboard and click on 'plugins' from the left menu.
3. Find the plugin on the list and click 'enable'
4. Once enabled click on '
Vanilla' from the dashboard left menu.
You will see your embed code there.

If you have v 1.2.1, you don't have a plugins dir, and the addon you specified if for v2.
