quote in quote not work

when quote is in quote in message displayed only first quote, how fix?

for example when click 'quote' message where using another quote code of message looks like: <blockquote><a href="http:">User1</a> say: <br/><blockquote><a href="http:">user2</a> say: <br/>hello</div></p></div></blockquote>hi</div></p></div></blockquote>
