[Solved] Page not found when trying to view Custom Page

This discussion is related to the Custom Pages addon.

I previously had this plugin in a local development box and was able to view the Custom Page I created with no problem. However when I uploaded and enabled the plugin to my website I get Page Not Found error.

Can anyone help?
