Tables for vB 3.8 export?

Okay, I'm trying to speed up the export of my vB 3.8 installation to Vanilla by using vB's internal SQL backup tools to export just the tables I need, import them into a new DB on my local computer, and then run the conversion tool on it. Plus our forum has a lot of addons, so I need to sort through all the stuff it added to the DB that may slow me down.

Exactly which tables would be needed to do the conversion?
