File Upload - Keep files private on private forum

This discussion is related to the FileUpload addon.
Is there anyway to prevent others from accessing the files that are uploaded? Will a search engine find files that are uploaded using fileupload? I uploaded this file?http://formutantsonly.com/bsb2/uploads/FileUpload/45/21d1df31399153553aca79872aa66a.jpg
and its obviously accessible outside of the forum... is there anyway around this? This might be beyond some simple code, I know.
