Permission Denied in 2.0.18.1
After upgrading to the latest release (from rc2 of 2.0.18) I get lots of permission denied messages, i.e. from vanilla/settings/managecategories or vanilla/settings/advanced or vanilla/post/editdiscussion/34
Where should I look to resolve this? All permissions appear OK and I see this in an administrator account...
