Topic view count is always 1

We launched a site with Vanilla yesterday (moved from phpbb3). Most things work as expected, but the view count of topics are always 1. Has anyone else experienced this?

Please also tell me if you need more information, and I'll try to provide you with what I can.

    You have analytics set to off.

    We had same issue, but i dont like any third party tracking my site and users. So we had to disable.

    There was an error rendering this rich post.

    Thanks, that might explain it. However, when I try to enable it I get "Problem with credentials." and when I click "Re-register API key", there's a flash, then nothing more happens. What should I put into the Application ID etc. fields? Where do I register for an API key?
