Is there any Social Sharing Addon for Vanilla? How to manually add facebook, twitter and Google plus

Even after searching the addon repository, I am unable to find any social sharing plugin which gives ability to share post on facebook, twitter and google plus.

Does any one of you know whether any such addon exists?

Or, how can we manually implement this?
