Is custom pages for Admin view or Public view ?
I have added it, to our plugins, created new file. Visited that URL, and I get nothing. All paths are correct.

Ok so this is what you can do with Custom Pages.
Spend an hour messing and this is what I have come up with.

One thing I have felt is missing with Vanilla is a global contact form, so thought I would code this HTML5 version, using location detection. The form does not submit, but thats some simple php.
Let me know your thoughts, and I will create a bundle ( if I am allowed ) as it uses Custom Pages ( we havent touched the heart of the plugin whatsoever, so this is an addon ! )
