I'm getting error messages from time to time on my new forums

Here's the message I see now, on my dashboard:
Vanilla Statistics has had an accident.
Permission denied - Token Verification is required, but failed.

there's another error message I've gotten a couple of times while I was actually ON the boards. It pops up on the lefthand corner of my screen but I don't remember exactly what it says.

I'm wondering what is going on, do I need to do something to fix it, etc?

I love this platform and I've finally gotten a couple of users on there. I don't want to screw it up now!

    if the token are wrong, why would this message pop up only once in a while and work the other times? thats what happens to me. can someone help on this?
