forgotten the link for admin to change forum

Hi everyone,

I've just forgotten the link I used to get into the admin section of the forum. I've no idea of the username and password either lol.

It's been a few days and I've completely forgotton it.

I've tried http://www.mydomain.com/forum/admin

It's a daft question but I'm stuck (:

    Thanks.

    Now I have to try and remember what username and password I used.

    Is there a way to find this out via access to the files via FTP?

    No, they are only in the database, and the password is encrypted anyway.

    The password would have been something I had chosen myself or was it given to me at the start?
