QnA plugin defaults to "Ask a question" in the mobile theme

This discussion is related to the Q&A addon.

If QnA is activated and you are using the default mobile theme in Vanilla, there is no option to start a discussion, only "ask a question".

How can the two options be displayed? If this is not possible, how I can I make "start a discussion" the default option?
