Google Signin Popup throws 404, Vanilla 2.0.18.2

So far so good, except for one hair-pulling error.

Vanilla 2.0.18.2 Forum installed, and working great: superultralightbackpacking.com/forum/

Auth plugins turned on. OpenId Signin activated and works fine.

Click Google Signin and popup returns 404 Page Not Found. Here's the popup url:

Occording to GIT this was fixed in like 2.0.17 or something, but my fresh install is not working.

I'm having this same problem. OpenID is enabled, Google Sign in is enabled, but when I click the login button, the popup is a 404.
