I don't understand what we're supposed to put in the "Login password for administrator" field, since TS3 uses tokens and not per-user passwords. Does the token go there? I couldn't get it working.

You need the login password from the server-adminstrator. This password is generated on the first startup of the teamspeak server.

This is also the password you use to login via telnet.
