Basic question on changing colors in Embed-Friendly

I am using the space-constrained version of Embed-Friendly at http://www.hiramsws.com/uforum.html, and it sticks out like a sore thumb. I've tried adjusting the body colors in both the custom.css and the singlecolumn.css, but neither changes have reflected on the page.
Anyone have a trick, or am I just missing the mark altogether?

Thank you any and all for tips or assistance.

Use something like Firebug in Firefox to inspect the element you want to change, and see what rules apply to it.

  • Hey, thanks. That's actually a tool I don't know, but I'll learn it right now. Appreciate it.

Do you have the minify plugin enabled?

If so, you won't see any changes to the css until you disable it.
