wouldn't it be cool if it was possible to use the id as a tag, something like or [ID:123], so if you use this tag in a post or message it outputs the name of the discussion as a link

I know how to output it as a link like: http://vanillaforums.org/discussion/id

but I don't know how to output in a beautiful url with discussion name. I'm going to work with it, hope someone help, it's really a good idea
