fatal error: Success

I have a problem ... When trying to enable a plugin or change the theme gets the error: "The addon could not be enabled because it generated a fatal error: Success". I installed the forum yesterday and from the beginning was the error. Any ideas?

Vanilla: 2.0.18.2 PHP: 5.2 Browser: Chrome (latest)

i think this is a javascript issue... there's a statistic code at the end of my page (this is free webhost) says:
