Trying to post a discussion in "Root" category

Could users post discussions in the "Root" category? Seems it's yet another security bug. Please fix it.

Yes, there is a bug in the version of Vanilla this site is running. It's not the current open source release, however. I consider this an annoyance, not a security bug.

I check it on my community forum based on current release (Vanilla 2.0.18.4), by creating a new user and posting under Root category! unexpectedly it allows me to post!
