when enable vote plugin load all page after every comment

when we discuss on vanilla, it is like chat system. load only new chat.

but when enable vote plugin load all page after every comment.

i installed a new vanilla in localhost and enable vote plugin. same desalt.

what is the problem. please can you explain me.
