Quotes 1.6.1 Released

I have made Quotes 1.6.1 available as an addon. Please note that I have not tested this version on Vanilla 2.0.18.x - it was overhauled to work better on 2.1.

This version contains a new feature called "Quote Folding" which automatically rolls up quote pyramids to prevent abuse. It allows for custom rollup thresholds per user, and rolled up quotes can be unrolled on-click via javascript.

    @fh111 why not deleting the whole line then? I wouldn't assume it is that picky regarding the version :)
