Editing Existing Categories

I'm still working on configuring Vanilla. I've added several new Categories and need to edit them. I'm running as Administrator with all permissions.

If I understand the process correctly, I open the All Categories page and click on the Options tab, then click on Edit. The problem is that the Options tab only contains options for Mark Read or Unfollow. What am I missing here?

Ah. Never mind - I was in the entirely wrong place! I think I'm getting punchy. Since this became a non-useful question, I tried to figure out how to delete it and failed...
