how to add new discussion when posting new post in wordpress
run a WordPress site and embedded vanilla, which is great but how do we when posting in wordpress make it a new discussion and put link into orig wp post (e.g. read original post here)? I looked around but could not find the right plugin. Best example what we would like is here any pointer be much appreciated

The Vanilla plugin for Wordpress will run your blog's comments through mirrored threads in Vanilla, but I think it only floats a thread when the first comment is made. Which I suppose you could do yourself when you publish to the blog.
There is also an addon for Vanilla called Feed Discussions that will create threads based on an RSS feed at certain intervals, but the addon definitely has its flaws.
