trying to change curl timeout - config option didn't seem to help. - Help!
none of these prevented the FeedDiscussion timeout in $RSSData in
$Configuration['Garden']['SocketTimeout'] = '0';
$Configuration['Garden']['SocketTimeout'] = FALSE;
$Configuration['Garden']['SocketTimeout'] = 0;
also tried modifying in functions.general.php and trying curl init options.
