On this forum Buttonbar
Buttonbar - does not come up in edit mode.
now it does upon edit
maybe it is in edit comments.
sometime I get buttonbar sometimes I don't
I tried to edit this comment http://vanillaforums.org/discussion/comment/165400/#Comment_165400
and no buttonbar is available.

I believe the above is now fixed on this forum (vanillaforums.org).
However the attach file option does not appear when editing a comment.
