I'm testing this plugin on windows 7, wamp with php 5.3.5. Frontend uploader worked just fine, but failed on generating thumbnails. Backend configuration link (next to disable/enable button under plugins list) takes me to a page which is conflicted with memberlist plugin, AddLink() function. Disable the memberlist plugin, problem solved.
Still looking for the error in generating thumbnails, I don't know yet it is a windows specific problem or somehow, will test on linux server soon.
Thanks for the great plugin.

@nepheus
I suggest this to resolve the conflict - report back if it solves it.

I just wonder if this is the problem of Fileupload or not, while other plugins play nicely together. The similar conflicts also happen when vanillacms is installed.
About the Thumbnail generating, it's working under Linux server.
