Resolved/Not Resolved Plugin?

Good day,

I tried searching for this but I couldn't find anything.

Is there a plugin available to make a discussion resolved/not resolved.
The ability for either the discussion starter or an admin/moderator to do this on any discussion?

    Yeah, treating a discussion as if it is a question.
    This is for a support forum so if customers ask questions we answer them.
    If the issue is solved, we want to mark it as resolved :)

    Q&A This basically does this.

    You just need to change the locale so Answered->Resolved.

    grep is your friend.
