Problem with Q&A addon

Hi, I installed the Q&A addon and translated it. I tried to post some questions and in the "unaswered" button the count is displayed with complete information (ip, category, etc...), breaking the layout (see attachment). Anyone knows how to fix it?

And, is there a way to revert to "unanswered" a question that have an accepted answer?
