How do I edit the discussion tabs content?

I'm wondering which file contains the discussion tab content? I'd like to be able to add/subtract words/buttons/etc. from it. In case I'm not being clear enough, it's the section that has the "All Discussions", "My Discussions", and where the OnlyRead plug-in's toggle button is displayed.

Ok I figured out you can edit the views/discussions/helper_functions.php file to alter the tabs content.
