I have just read the following in the Vanilla official documentation FAQs:
**"Can I change the URL structure of a Vanilla Forum?
We have a URL plugin that allows you to change the default URL structure from
domain/discussion/#ID/discussion-title
to
domain/category-name/#ID-discussion-title.html"**
However, there is no link to the plugin that enables this feature, and I haven't found that plugin in the addon list.
How can I change the url structure in order to include the category name just before the discussion tittle like in the example provided? Which plugin is it?

PS. I have also been reading some discussions about pretty links but I haven't found an answer to that particular issue.

IIRC, that is from documentation on VanillaForums.com, which pertains to the hosted version of Vanilla (a premium service). These forums are VanillaForums.org, which support the open source version of Vanilla (Latest stable version: 2.0.18.4).
Plainly, the plugin is not provided to the open source version. For more information, check out this discussion.
