i used normal mail functions and mail services like gmail ,hotmail block it before few months. then i added SMTP and it has some problems. SMTP working only for gmail. but Gmail limit it and block for few days. another SMTP setting not working for it. could you please give me some advice for this problem ?

What version of Vanilla?
My best advice when it comes to using SMTP mail servers is this: use a paid service. I know it may be a tough pill to swallow, but free services are inundated with spam and take harsh measures against it. Check with your web host to see if they provide an SMTP host.
