URL problem of CustomPage Plugin

when we use custome page plugin , we can see page URL like this

host.com/plugin/pages/examplepage1

or

host.com/dashboard/plugin/pages/examplepage1

... i didnt test or install vanilla 2.1b

this URL working or not with 2.1b.
