You will get better answers if you put more detail in your questions.
What do you want to 'score'? User contributions?
Search the addons section for 'badges' and 'reactions'.
I believe they may be the sort of thing you want.do.
If not, you will need to give more detail about what you want to

Not really.
I don't use what is known as 'gamification' on our site.
Both YAGA and Peregrine's Badges are by excellent developers.
You would need to take a look at both, and see which better answers your needs.

Come on! There's helping others to learn how to do things, and then there is 'spoon-feeding'.
You click on Addons at the top of the page.
You type badges (or reactions) in the search bar.
You click the Browse Addons button.
That's it.
