2.1b3: Edit user roles

Not sure if this is a bug or if I'm just being daft, but I don't see a way in 2.1b3 of being able to edit a user's role.
In 2.0 you would click the "Edit profile" option for the user and get presented with a list of checkboxes that you could select. But in 2.1 the "Edit profile" from the drop down just shows user name, email address, visible e-mail address and gender.
Is that a bug, or am I being a muppet?

That's the one I was looking for - thanks. I guess we can no longer use the method of clicking on the name as a shortcut.
