Why can't you see the 'fields' in Applicants? I want to be able to see or get an activation code entered by registered users to confirm they are members of our community, I added a field but it does not show up when I click on Applicants...its just emails which is incredibly frustrating as then I have to compare it to our master list. Is there a way to have SOME OTHER registration method that had them ENTER a specific CODE other than 'inviting' because we just need to too let them sign up at the website but have to enter this code!!!!
