Whenever I try to post a new discussion, no matter what browser I am using I get this error on my new forum; any ideals?

We need more info than that, like version of vanilla, theme name, plugins enabled and also the permissions you have in the dashboard. Also need to know what your htaccess file says and what the config.php says about rewriteUrl... In short we need to know as much as possible to be accurate in assessing the situation.
