Hi Guys, Im new to Vanilla, and struggling to install an Add On (Cleanser)
Running latest release of vanilla.
Ive extrracted the zip file into the plugins folder, it creates three folders but they are empty, and can find the other files that go with it
When i go back to plug ins on dash board there are only the original ones from the first install of vanilla

extract on your local machine, and then upload each file and/or folder in place. if you can't extract ANY plugins properly.
it is not Cleanser per se, it is your method and your site.
get filezilla or something like that.
if you unzip on you local pc, you will see the folders are not empty!
I may not provide the completed solution you might desire, but I do try to provide honest suggestions to help you solve your issue.
I have tried that and when i extract the zip file on my PC the folders are empty
Opps correct that, my mistake, can see them now, looking at worng folder
