Stuck in Mobile View?

Me and my users seem to be stuck in mobile view, even when we visit our forum from a desktop / laptop. How do we get out of mobile view?

You need to make sure the config.php reflects the correct values for the themes if they are correct then make sure the user agent they are using is the correct one. They can delete their cookies and clear the cache.
The mobile theme normally gets called when it detects a mobile device is the view. The link to the mobile view is http://www.yoursite.com/forum/profile/mobile
Make sure that is not the view they are using. It should not be unless they are on mobile.

Check the "Full Site" Link on the Bottom of the default theme.
To give them an option to return back to Mobile on Desktop this AddOn helped me.
