Hi all,
I Would like to know how i can change just the header and footer, I mean edit the layout because i want to use the same of my website.
Iam using bootstrap theme.

Modern framworks there is no header and footer files, just a master template.
You have to recreate the look of the rest of you site.
grep is your friend.
