The Community Roundtable’s flagship research, The State of Community Management, enters its sixth year in 2015. The Community Roundtable partners with members of TheCR Network each year to develop a survey that uses objective indicators of community maturity to foster a deeper understanding of what makes communities more effective and demonstrate the power of community management.
