Hey guys, as the title suggest, running 2.1.8 (rather fresh install). Members are complaining that they cannot switch off email notifications. Is there a special area where it should be switched off?

Just an update, it could have been caused by a "Participated Discussions" plugin I installed. So far no email issues.
Ok so, still happening, does not matter what I do, notification emails always gets send. Must be a bug then.
At the end of the day it was a plugin called Notify Comment on Commented Version 0.1.3b
