@VizionMC: This can't be achieved by Vanilla trough a plugin. It's information Google retrieves automatically. To support Google understanding your site use the Google Webmaster Tools here:

Only Google decides over the appearance of sitelinks. You're site has to grow bigger until they will start considering if they ad sitelinks of your page in the search. There is nothing you can do. You can only support it but not decide it.
Grow your board and the rest will follow.
Do you know any good ways to get more crawl on my website so when people look up vizionmc.us they can see new discussions or do I have to wait get bigger for that?

Work and improve your site daily. Thats the best i can tell you. Google will crawl your site more often when there is regular new content and good information. Don't wait for anything to come. Don't look at not at all improving statistics all day, start working on it daily and the changes will follow.
