my languages pack don't switch.
My forum get me this.
This is my languages pack http://vanillaforums.org/addon/vf_de-locale .

Vanilla have a little bug for enable language pack, you have to do this:
1. Enable language pack
2. Go to another page of the dashboard
3. Return to "Locales" page
4. Select language in the dropdown and save.
