What is the best site to get themes and mods for my forum beside this one ?
Where can I find Icons for my forum , and how can I add custom fields in the user profile ?

Use the Profile Extender plugin included with the Vanilla download.
There are some themes on Theme Forest. Also, http://www.vanillaskins.com.
